BAC Canada Finance Company (the Company”) has notified CNSX that the maturity date of its 3 year Extendible Step-Up Note Series 6 (the “Note”) willl not be extended.

The Notes will mature on the Initial Maturity Date of September 19, 2012.

All trades on September 17 through September 19, 2012 will be for settlement on September 19, 2012. The Notes will be delisted at the market close on September 19.
